End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and Byte Sized Software Inc. and governs use of the “Invoice Flow” app made available through the Apple App Store.

1. License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Invoice Flow on any Apple-branded product you own or control and as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

• You may not sell, rent, lease, redistribute, or sublicense the app.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works.

3. Ownership

Invoice Flow is licensed, not sold. All rights remain with Byte Sized Software Inc.

4. Data and Privacy

The app may collect technical, non-personal data to improve performance. No personal data is collected without your consent. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Termination

This license ends automatically if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must delete the app from your device.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

Byte Sized Software Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

9. Apple Acknowledgment

This Agreement is between you and Byte Sized Software Inc., not Apple. Apple has no responsibility for the app or its content.
